PREMIUM HARDWOOD BARK MULCH

A shredded blend of aged hardwood bark with a consistent dark color and texture.  It aids in weed control and water conservation and with its dark rich appearance is ideal for most mulch applications.  This is our biggest seller and is used by most of our landscape contractors.

LIVING MULCH

The very best for feeding and mulching your landscape.  LIVING MULCH consist of low carbon premium hardwood bark mulch and OMRI-listed organic compost.  LIVING MULCH offers the benefits of a mulch with the added bonus of the compost.  Provides for time release of nutrients and balances the carbon to nitrogen ratio of your planting, giving it a very dark and rich appearance, while being weed and insect free.

COLOR ENHANCED MULCH

A shredded hardwood or pine mulch that has been dyed black, red or brown.  Generally holds its color a little longer than straight hardwood and is usually coarser.

PINE BARK NUGGETS

Ideal mulch for acid loving plants.  A medium size nugget that is easy to spread and handle, provides excellent drainage and is reddish brown in color.

PINE BARK FINES

Excellent plant bed top dressing with the added bonus of a soil conditioner.  Consistent sizing makes this material very easy to spread.  Light weight.

PINE  STRAW

Pine straw is very popular in the south, but is gaining popularity all over.  It has a unique appearance and it doesn't compact, it's great for sloped or wooded areas and is good for the soil.  It comes in bales with each one covering approximately 40 square feet.

PREMIUM SHREDDED TOPSOIL

A premium, general purpose regional topsoil blended with OMRI-listed organic compost.  Great for all plantings and landscape projects.  Material is consistent and has few clumps for easier spreading.  Topsoil with compost gives your plantings nutritional boost.  Ready for immediated planting.

STANDARDBRED COMPOST

Concentrated, nutrient-rich soil amendment that has a rich, dark color.  Made from sawdust and woodshaving horse bedding and OMRI-listed totally organic.  Loose texture makes spreading easy.   Good quality compost for all soil amendment and planting needs.

50/50 BLEND

50% compost and 50% pine fines make this a great bed top dressing as well as potting media.  Provides great moisture retention and soil conditioning.

WOODCHIPS

Clean and uniform wood chips which are light in color providing a consistent surface.  Great for playground surfacing and equine applications such as walkers, gateways and high traffic areas.

*FOREST FLOOR*

New for 2009 an economically friendly product that can be used in several applications.  Made from wood fiber and used horse bedding that goes through a controlled composting cycle making it environmentally safe and organically certified.  It can be used as mulch, a potting media or as a soil conditioner.
